Reporting a problem with the OpenOffice website

Hello I’m have a problem with Apache open office. this is what comes up below The last time you opened OpenOffice, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? Then I click on cancel or reopen but it stays there and does nothing, The only way I can close down my computer now is to turn it off at button. Can you please advise me on how to fix this problem. I have the latest open office download, but it still hasn’t solved the problem.
