Your Excel Spreadsheet software needs serious work.
It is constantly changing the format of each box, even when default
settings were put in place for that particular file and basically
chooses whatever it wants without any regard to what information it is
given.
Even Microsoft is not so stupid to have done a major mistake like that.
and they are well know for their mistakes
