Reporting a problem with the OpenOffice website

I have been trying to register and the web site won't register me. I get a  
box that says I must choose the cats. To see the cats I have to lower my  
security settings. Don't try to tell me I don't know what a cat looks like. 
When  I submit I with the cats I get a message that says incorrect 
verification code.  Other times I get a message that says I have submit an 
email 
address. Don't try  to tell me I don't know how to enter an email address. Of 
course I entered  it.
 
I have been trying for 1 and a half hours with no luck. If it will not even 
 let me register what else will it not do?
