I take it that when you write "pen Office" this is a typo for Open Office;
however a 25 digit unlock number is typical of MS Office, a similar program
from Microsoft, a sample time limited version of which comes on most Windows
computers. To continue to use that, I understand (not certain knowledge) that
you will have to purchase a copy. I suggest you contact the store from which
you bought the computer, as they will be best able to advise you.

Alternately you can download OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org and install it.
OpenOffice (properly Apache OpenOffive v4.0) is similar to MS Office, but there
are differences in some methods of working. The choice of which program to use
is yours. No official version of OpenOffice needs or comes with any form of
unlock key.
