the above document will be updated when we change the process.

Problem with most at the process (dev -> sdf -> po -> pot -> pootle ->
translator -> po -> pootle -> po -> sdf -> source code)
is that it happens on translate-vm?.a.o and requires sudo.

In the near future (after 4.0), jsc and I will test the new procedure, and
we will all discuss a more direct svn integration.
