For the language refresh release in January, is there a reason why we need to release a full source package? Wouldn't it be easier to release a diff and include a readme that says to apply the diff to the original 3.4.1 source package? It might require some extra build work initially to create these diffs (based on two SVN revisions). But it would give us a lot of flexibility in the future. For example, suppose we had to make a quick release for a security flaw. Releasing a diff is not only easy, but it is also more helpful for downstream consumers, since they can quickly see exactly what changed. > Thanks, > Andrea.
