Same code on slightly different chips is interesting because it underpins the least documented differences between these arches.

Of couse board choice should be be made wisely and must be adapted to the number of participants.

Again, I think there is no minimum. even testing on a single random board once a week will be useful.

Another thing is that some of the boards are obsolete and impossible to get.

Dont underestimate the depth of many dusty drawers :)

If we advertise this project it may get unexpected contributions.

If deployment is as easy as possible, I will contribute with boards. I could also add our custom boards, there are at least 3.

but in advance, please, just make me run a script that fetches build/execute tasks with some python on simple tool.

If I need to deploy some docker or some niche CI tool, this is much,much less likely to happen.
