I think it would be nice to have the OOoCon2010 exactly on the birthday.
Is it October 13th? Of course it is very important, that this is no
extra work for the organizational team.
I think both is okay. October would be better for me, because I might
have exams in September. However, I know people voted for the location
with the date of early September, so we should also respect people's
votes. We can as well have a big party on October 13th, even without an
OOoCon. :-)
