By doing what you want here, we're just going to skip this project purpose, and the art should have an opinion about this cards, before someone use it.

The discussion started here, and it is the members of this list that are interested in this topic.
We don't need to formalize everything we do my making an official proposal to some other group or filing an issue. Especially when it's something as simple as a business card. We should be able to slap something together overnight, and we did.
I think that trying to put everything in their official group is part of the attitude that causes all the slowness that you see at OOo.
