An official card is one thing (and probably a good thing at that) but we are talking about getting cards quickly. If there is an official card out first, then I'm for that.

I suppose they look quite different on paper. So far I like suggestions 2, 4 and 5 (though with the addition of the OOo URL above the phone # in 2 and 5) as they seem on the screen.

If you are printing the cards on the standard ink jet or laser then bleed is not an issue. Making the file 3.5x2 will work fine with the blank cards you purchase in the local stores. I mainly put the border around my submission just so you could see the edge of the card.
