Hello all,

It looks like we only have two remaining blockers for Solr: SOLR-12927
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-12927> and SOLR-12927
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-12927>,
and two remaining blockers for Lucene: LUCENE-8556
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-8556> and LUCENE-8559
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-8559>

Let me know if there are any other blockers that need to be resolved prior
to cutting the branch. If not, I will plan to cut the branch on Friday or
(provided they are close to resolution) whenever these issues are resolved.

Thanks!
