For WrapperMergePolicyFactoryTest I'd like to add one more test, tomorrow
hopefully, it currently tests that the wrapped policy correctly 'claims' its
arguments from the args list and it would be good to also test that the
_wrapped_ policy is not wrongly claiming arguments belonging to either the
_wrapping_ policy nor arguments belonging to another _wrapped_ policy.
