I see no value in removing war file. It is a documentation problem for
deployment but us relied upon for users and isn't important to delete.
Add the new 'ideal world' and overlap time to give a chance for devops to
change, then delete. But probably is not important to delete once a better
answer is present and the focus of documentation.
I don't understand why this issue exists in absence of the fully baked answer.
Or at least look at the existing implantation that solved this already.
