Hi Sophie, We are following "Translate on first testing" policy and managed to get ~25% of all tests in TCM translated. I believe that this will make testing easier and enable as many people as possible to participate in the regular testing process.
Your "selling" technique is innovative, thank you for sharing this with us. We will see if we can copy it for the next release. I would like to know if it is possible to upload translated tests all at once? I can download all tests from TCM and convert them to PO files so they can be translated in our usual translation work flow but it is really hard to upload test by test back into TCM.
