Hi chia, I've updated the KIP. We will document the deprecation of the org.apache.kafka.server:type=AssignmentsManager metric in the Kafka documentation. A new metric, kafka.server:type=AssignmentsManager, will be introduced following the standardized naming convention. The deprecated org.apache.kafka.server:type=AssignmentsManager metric will be removed in the next major release.
