Hi Randall, We have discovered an annoying issue that we introduced in 2.5:
Describing topics with the command line tool fails if the user does not have the privileges to access the ListPartitionReassignments API. I believe that this is the case for most non-admin users. I propose to include the fix in 2.6. The fix is trivial so low risk. What do you think?
