Nice KIP Kowshik! This is a long due feature for the ease of both client side and server side upgrade in general.
One meta comment: it seems the KIP's font is a bit weirdly rendered: [image: image.png] Could you try to remove all the rectangle blocks? It looks inconsistent with most KIPs.
