Summary: Check whether the skin and the editors support
right-to-left languages

Part of JSPWIKI-1325.
Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu, among others, are written from right to left.
Before any of them is added as a language of JSPWiki, check whether the Haddock
skin and the editors can show a page with a right-to-left direction (the
direction of the text, the position of the menus and of the sidebar, the
forms). I have not checked that.
The result of the check decides whether those languages can be added or what
has to be done first.
