Following up on this thread, we re-organized the navbar in https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/13774. And now the "Community" page is top-level, right between "Projection" and "Specification". The previous navbar items are moved into the Community page. See it for yourself at https://iceberg.apache.org/
