merged.

Looks like we have 2 more things needed for release from the above
milestone tag.
Mostly they need review.
- JDBC catalog view support (https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/9487)
- Spark 3.5 Support executor cache locally (
https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/9563)

Also this is a last call for PRs, let me know if anything else is urgently
needed for 1.5.0 release.
