Another possibility is the recently added fix to increase bit density in our object storage layout. It's questionable whether we would consider it a bug fix, although it isn't really a new feature either. It is a fix to how we create paths that should go unnoticed by most. I'd probably leave it out, but if people are interested I wouldn't oppose having it go into 1.2.1.
