[~abernal] What we needs to do is going through all *"MUST", "MUST NOT",
"REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT"* statements in the RFC 9110 and making sure
the current implementation is fully conformant.
[~reschke] If you want a toggle of any sort please do consider contributing it.
