+0 to replace the information with link to https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?flink. +1 to add such a link. My opinion is that we the community doesn't have to keep the page up to date since Apache has a member page[1] that isn't up to date also. We can add one line to redirect to the whole list so that those who are "lazy" to add themselves on the page don't have to do it. And keep the table so that those who are proud to announce their membership or trying a commit with their commit access can do. Best, tison.
