I didn’t see anything in the CanvasJS EULA preventing someone else from making a d.ts file. So I think we’re still good to go. IMO, a d.ts file can have any license since any one of them is an optional dependency. If anyone has other concerns we might want to discuss that on private@. It doesn’t feel right to accuse someone of misrepresenting IP on a public list like this. -Alex
