If we ever release these files then yes, we need to mention it in NOTICE, but since NOTICE must be tailored to package contents, I was thinking we’d leave it out of NOTICE until we decide what goes in. Having some attribution in the source might get it flagged by RAT so we catch it if we do include it in a package.
