I really hope I'm wrong, but I think everyone else is as lost as I am. Unless one of you (Alex & Justin) writes a summary of the changes and the 'why' of them, in TL;DR style, I'm afraid the other voting contributors will - out of necessity, because we just don't grok - vote +1 on your word (at least, with regard to these legal changes).
