Board members don't make project policy. But that aside, I wasn't talking about the vote (which is what the Board suggested we hold), I was talking about the reason for the vote: the endless back and forth over which English we should use - you have no idea how weird that sounds to a non-native speaker ... "Is there more than one English? How quaint!" Your other suggestions make me less likely to veto, and I might even go as far as a neutral 0. But I won't endorse this solution, as I'm convinced there is no problem. Let's wait what the folks in different time zones have to contribute and then decide if this is even worth a vote, please?
