I see, you are claiming the compiled results should copy an
incompatibly-licensed file into the resulting folders.  AIUI, even
compiled results cannot do that for required features.   But really, you
did more than compile, you started running some of those IDE scripts.  The
compiled results can compile an AIR app.  ADL is not needed to compile.

My 4.9, 4.10, 4.11 and 4.12.0 compiled source packages do not contain
bin/adl.  Git says the head of constructFlexForIDE.sh was tagged for 4.10.
 I'm not going to spend time disproving that this is a regression.  You
will have to prove it.

Feel free to fix the scripts and if someone complains we can hand them the
fixed script and it will go in the next release.

It is now late for me, and I want to give time to Fred to see if he wants
to vote -1 and Nick to see if he wants to vote other than -1 before I
close the vote, so I will wait until my morning to count votes again.
