I think I tagged the wrong commit.  There will definitely be an RC2 and
I'll try to get it right then.

Regarding the version files, I'm just following the release guide?  Did I
miss that step?  Are you saying that you check in files with the versions
in them, create a tag, then revert those changes?  Seems like a hassle.
Would it be better if the build numbers did not get modified in those
files until you run a build?  Then I think the files would match without
all of that checking in and reverting.
