Yes. I can't find anything that say it must be included so lets leave it as it is. I find it rather odd that you can't find out what Apache projects are bundled in a project from the LICENSE or NOTICE file. > We have a set of files in our repo that end up in the source package. I think there is a (minor) issue here for instance we have these bundled ./resources/org/apache/flex/forks/batik/util/gui/resources/flags/ Which I assume are from either [1] or [2] (both missing from our NOTICE but in bartik NOTICE).
