I agree on the runtimes, but I would have to say I disagree on the IDE
front. There are already other IDEs out there that eclipse Flash Builder
(pun intended) in terms of robustness. In particular I am thinking of
IntelliJ IDEA, but the same could be said of FDT.

I suppose one could argue that we could bring Flash Builder up to the level
of those other tools, but would the man-hours required to do so be worth
the cost savings of just purchasing one of those other IDEs?
