Actually all you have to do to allow the build agent service to access the 
desktop on windows machines, is to enable the checkbox on the "run as" tab (If 
you are using the SYSTEM user). If you are using a normal user, I think you 
don't have to do anything at all.

If you are using the SYSTEM user ... I think I recal that users "home" 
directory being at "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile"

More importantly, Jenkins running as a service will not be able access the
display.  The slave needs to be configured to start via JNLP.
