I think what happen is selecting a locale by using key down it fired off several requests to get the locale config file but they finished coming back in a different order to what they were selected in. Either that or a HTTP request failed. I didn't have a proxy on at the time so are unable to tell. I waited several minutes and the locale was still incorrect. Thanks, Justin
