Alex, you mentioned that you've already been in contact with Apache trademarks about this issue, so if could please tell them that yes, I have read the trademark policy, and please pass along my proposal as stated, that would be appreciated. Unless there is some conflict of interest I am not aware of in your passing this along?... it just seems that it only makes sense given you've already been speaking to them on my behalf.
