Once, I ran the 'release' target (or maybe a target that creates the binary 
distribution) and then ran the MakeApacheFlex*** script on that.
The release targets take a while to run though.

Other times, I install the latest SDK with the installer, then swap out the 
frameworks/libs with the one from the repo.

Yes, this is the hallway where we all meet and discuss stuff.  There is a ton 
of emails, but that's the price of open development as well as open source.
