Currently I would not put my hand up to be the next release manager for
Apache Flex and I don't see anyone with Git experience stepping forward to
be the release manager or even helping out with the documentation.
That's because you're the most experimented of us doing the release manager
that I thing you are the right person for doing the next one and I want to
help you, like that we can prepare the ground for others.
Is that this is possible?

Subject: Re: [LAZY] Asking Infra to make all git repos read-write.
Hi,
I agree with everything you mentioned, except that I don't see why they
have to be done before making the repos writable.
Currently we have no way to determine (easily) what changes gave gone into a
release nor can we make a release build - that's reasonable serious IMO. I
prefer this was resolved before we move over to Git. Currently I would not
put my hand up to be the next release manager for Apache Flex and I don't
see anyone with Git experience stepping forward to be the release manager or
even helping out with the documentation.
I don't forsee multiple branches on the utilities repo anytime soon. We
should open up at least that one, so we can push out the release.
How do we get the missing history back if we open it up?
