Hi,
I just updated the :
http://flex.apache.org/dev-faq.html
http://flex.apache.org/dev-sourcecode.html
http://flex.apache.org/download-source.html
and the README, for the
https://cwiki.apache.org/FLEX/release-guide-for-the-sdk.html I suggest
Justin and me to do the next release to be able to complete the file
correctly, a draft can be done before but until a real release is not done,
I guess we can't write something accurated.

Subject: Re: [LAZY] Asking Infra to make all git repos read-write.
Hi,
Also I really really prefer if we had Git usage documented so we don't run
into issues down the track, IMO this should of been done before any of the
Git repos were made writable. The documentation on the web site, in the
README and in the release guide is currently incorrect.
We are still missing basic Git usage info and we had conflicting advice sent
to the mailing list for things as simple as checking out.
There still serval issues that need to be resolved around how changes are
actually tracked in JIRA and how we actually work out what is in a release
or not, again IMO these should really be resolved before making the repos
