Add more parameters into the macro TEST_RING_VERIFY and expand the scope
of application for it. Then replace all ring APIs check with
TEST_RING_VERIFY to facilitate debugging.

Furthermore, correct a spelling mistakes of the macro
TEST_RING_FULL_EMTPY_ITER.
