It's difficult to imagine a scenario, at Apache, where there would be *policing* of this concept. I'm not even sure what you mean. Are you suggesting that someone (ComDev? The Board?) would *force* a project to accept someone that they have determined is somehow contrary to the mission or vision of their project?
