+1 A survey is always an awesome first step in identifying the people with whom you can dig deeper. A question in the direction of "are you willing to talk more about this" is always a great place to end, and, even in an anonymous survey, gives an opportunity to get more stories. Related: Feathercast is always willing to do interviews. Lots of folks won't write up a user story to save their lives, but will gladly chat for 10 minutes, which we can then transcribe. --Rich -- Rich Bowen - rbo...@rcbowen.com - @rbowen http://apachecon.com/ - @apachecon
