Hi community,

I'd suggest to add a few questions to the questionnaire.

- What problems did you face when you ranked and selected among GSoC
applicants? (free text)
- How many (estimate) hours did you take to rank and select among GSoC
applicants?
- How you would classify the relationship created with the student for
developing the project? [Really bad to really good]
- In your opinion, is GSoC effective in making students into contributors?
why/why not? (free text)
- Could you provide us with a representative (typical) story about the
mentoring process? (free text/optional)
- How many hours (estimate) did the mentoring take? (free text)
- How long did the student kept contributing after the end of the program?
[1 month to 12 months]
- After GSoC, how did the student interacted with the community?
-- proposing new code or functionality
  -- correcting bugs
  -- creating tests
  -- creating documentation

With this information, we can compare the number of hours mentors spend
mentoring, and the code produced by the students, by verifying the
complexity of their code, checking whose code was incorporated etc.

I really would like to help you on this.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

Regards,

Jeff
