Commits already have a separate list.

Commons has the following lists:

commits
dev
issues
notification
user

http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/#commons

Note: notification was set up for buildbot messages, but so far
attempts to redirect the output from commits have failed.
Infra are still investigating.
