Really? That sounds kind of silly to me, frankly. It has not happened before. At the ASF level, projects sometimes end up choosing cutesy names to work around trademark issues. Unfortunately, we like to avoid the cutesy names in Commons, preferring simple names that describe the components. The package names are different, so this may not be that bad.
