Hi, the jars and javadoc-jars now indeed contain LICENSE and NOTICE files (the source artifacts still do not); however, I have the impression that these are not the correct ones: they are missing the .txt extension, and at least the content of NOTICE is different from the NOTICE.txt shipped at the top-level directory of the distribution.
When building I was this time more patient.
