I'm unhappy with the change in FastDateFormat from new GregorianCalendar() to Calendar.getInstance(). This will pick up alternate calendar systems based on the default locale, and probably mess up the rest of the code which I expect relies on it being gregorian. (DONE in SVN) I'm still looking for ImmutablePair to be final too, but perhaps I missed the conclusion of that debate... (NOT DONE in SVN) I also made some minor javadoc changes.
