Ah, sorry about that, it was not clear to me. Using Commons Net as an example:
I agree that we might not want to defend "Commons Net", but what about "Apache Commons Net"? Or is that a silly question because if someone use a name that has "Apache" in it, they're in trouble? Should the logo be "Apache Commons Net" instead of "Commons Net"?
