Note that the project cited in this message also already uses
commons-math and other mathematical libraries too.

At least mantissa is in the same situation, but the link with
commons-math is already in the small FAQ.

I would personally not try to urge people to switch to our library. They
may well be happy with the status of these projects and switching has a
time cost for adaptation to new API and validation.
