CTP - Community Tech Preview RTM - Release To Manufacture WTF - What The Fragrance?
As an example, there were two/three Visual Studio CTP's before they shipped the VS 2013 RTM that folks installed for production. I used these terms as it sort of fits what I was trying to describe.
