Can you share info about your env ?
I saw those tests fail something in CI or in some machine.
We have automatic reruns in case of failures and they usually pass and the
second round.

If you rerun the same tests one at a time, do they fail consistently ?

thanks for sending a patch for the NOTICE file (also Henry did).
I am not sure if you are saying that this issue (the NOTICE file) is a
blocker for the release
