+1 to this. Since the tentative date for PY 3.9 deprecation is nearing (Oct 2025), since we support 3.10 (relatively easier migration), I do not see why we should delay the support here.
Maintaining older versions is a nightmare in itself and becomes even more so with the combinations we have in Airflow.
